Kashi provides this site for the benefit of our customers and wants you
to be aware of our Internet privacy policy. We value your business and look
forward to building a long relationship with you. Our products, and therefore
this site, are directed to adults; if your children would like to visit
our site, we recommend you assist them in their activities on the Internet.

you better, your customer profile will include preference information based
on your orders. Kashi may also use third-party order fulfillment services
to process and fulfill orders made on the site. Your personal information
will only be provided to these third parties to process your order or fulfill
your requests and we require that these companies agree to maintain the

Other Kashi Programs
We offer you opportunities to sign up for newsletters and to receive
information, product updates, and coupons, and to participate in our taste
tester panel or share your success stories. We do not sell our mailing
lists to anyone. Only those people who ask for information from us will

data during transmission when you shop online at Kashi.com. Kashi takes
reasonable steps to maintain the information you provide to Kashi securely
and to guard your privacy and will not sell or provide this information
to third parties other than as described herein. We may use third parties
to provide technical assistance or manage the site but we will require them
to agree to maintain the privacy of your data.
Changes and Updates to the Privacy Policy
Kashi reserves the right to change the information, features, products,
policies, promotions, disclosures and disclaimers at any time. Changes to
this Privacy Policy will be posted on our site. Please check the policy
periodically for changes. The continued use of the Kashi site following
the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will mean you accept those
changes.
